Pricing FAQ
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Plan. You keep your paid formulas until the billing period ends, then move to Free. Cancel during the 7-day trial and you pay nothing.
What counts as a formula?
Each formula or question uses one, including a formula written on another brand. Repeating the last formula for a retouch doesn't count, and neither does a formula that fails.
Can I change plans?
Yes, anytime from Plan. Upgrades apply right away.
What happens when I use my 3 free formulas?
Your clients, cards and formulas stay as they are. To write a 4th formula that month, choose a plan or wait until your month resets.
